1. All orders may only be placed on the Website by customers purchasing for personal use and not intended for resale.  Any resale of Kusina Ni Maria products purchased on the Website is strictly prohibited. By placing an order you declare and guarantee that you act as a final consumer and that you do not intend to resell Kusina Ni Maria products for commercial purposes.

2. Your purchase and order of products on this Website constitutes your agreement with Kusina Ni Maria to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.  For each order you place on the Website, your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is in force as of the date of your order.

3. Kusina Ni Maria reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason without liability if, among other things, the products are not available, are incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described.  

4. We make every effort to show you images and descriptions of Kusina Ni Maria Products which are accurate and realistic. The images are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Kusina Ni Maria Products. Your Kusina Ni Maria Products may vary slightly from those images. Sometimes we will need to make changes to our products to comply with laws and regulations, which may mean your Kusina Ni Maria Products vary from the description.

5. The Website only accepts orders for delivery within the Metro Manila. Product Availability

1. Products offered for sale and displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Kusina Ni Maria shall not be liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products.
2. Kusina Ni Maria reserves the right to change the products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without notice.
3. Should the Product be unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you by email or by phone as soon as possible.  You will be invited to choose another available product on the Website as substitution for the unavailable product or to cancel your order.   If you cancel your order, you will be refunded in the mode of payment used within fourteen (14) business days.

 

Price and Payment

1. All the prices of the Products published on the Website are expressed in Philippine Pesos and are inclusive of all applicable Philippines taxes but exclusive of shipping cost.
2. Kusina Ni Maria hereby reserves the right to change the price of Products at any time, without prior notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user shall be the one indicated on the Website at the time the order was placed and will not take account of any variations, either increases or decreases, subsequent to the order confirmation.
3. Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of your order. We accept bank deposits and credit card payments through PayPal. We are unable to accept PayPal payment for telephone orders and/or exchanges.
4. Online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your credit card issuer. We are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason.

 

Liability Exclusion
