Delivery, Pick Up & Refund Policy
Deliveries
All our dishes are freshly cooked when an order is placed. We need 24 hours preparation time.
In some cases, especially when high volume of orders are being served (Christmas, Mother's Day), we may deliver earlier than the time requested and will inform you by SMS or message.
Deliveries are between 9am and 5pm daily.
Delivery rates are as follows:
₱150 for Makati
₱250 for Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros, Taguig and San Juan
₱300 for Manila, Pasay and QC
₱350 for Las Piñas, Muntinlupa and Parañaque
₱500 for Caloocan, Malabon, Marikina, Navotas and Valenzuela
Pick Up
Orders can be picked up at our Commissary at 1162-B Antipolo St., Rizal Village, Makati City. If you are booking your own courier pick up, our number is 0917-562-5493.
Orders will be ready for pick up 24 hours after your place your order. If your order will be ready before this we will notify you by SMS or message.
Pick ups are between 9am and 5pm daily.
Unsuccessful Delivery or Pick Up
Only 1 attempt to deliver will be made on the date and time you have specified. If the delivery is unsuccessful Kusina ni Maria reserves the right to cancel your order without a refund. Unsuccessful deliveries may be caused by, but not limited to, no-show for pick ups, no recipient at the delivery location, no road access to the address provided, unsuccessful contact attempts by the delivery personnel.
Cancellations
All orders are considered final and cannot be modified or canceled once the order is placed. Please make sure everything is in correct before checking out.
Damaged or Spoiled Orders
Once an order is accepted it is deemed satisfactory. All our products have a short shelf life, if there is any issue with your order please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we do find that order quality is not acceptable compensation for your order or part of your order will be made. The form of compensation will be determined on a case to case basis.
